Meet Orzala and hear Her Story
Orzala, an Afghan self-taught artist, learnt art from Youtube at a young age. Her beloved father had against the norms of the Afghan society, encouraged her greatly to pursue art, the love of her life. Years ago, she suddenly lost her father to a heart attack and soon after, the Taliban took over the country. After having her hometaken over twice by the Taliban and attendance in a private English class short-circuited, she and her family fled to South Asia recently. In spite of the relentless challenger she faces, Orzala maintains a cheerful disposition and often cheers her peers up with her positivism.
