"I come from a family of ten in Maydan Wardak, Afghanistan, but grew up amidst conflict in Pakistan and Kabul. Despite this, my dream of a peaceful homeland remains unshakeable. Leaving Afghanistan in my twenties, I sought refuge in Indonesia, longing for a life free from the dust of war. Today, as a Hazara woman, I stand before you to share a message of hope and positivity. Beyond the darkness of war, I see a world filled with colour, beauty, peace, and joy. Join me as we envision a brighter future for Afghanistan and beyond.”
